It’s an independent contractor position.
Work from anywhere in Colombia (computer, appropriate work-space, reliable Internet connection needed).
We don’t require exclusivity. You could maintain an active account with us and with other English schools simultaneously, as long as you are only teaching with us during an assigned shift.
Our students are from Latin America, so the hours of service are complementary to those of English schools based in Asia. Peak times are from 4pm to 1am ET on weekdays, and all day on weekends.
You wouldn’t need to create your own brand to attract students. If you join our team of teachers you would receive shift assignments from the get-go.
You wouldn’t have to prepare your classes as the content materials are already provided by us.
Our pay rates go from USD 7 to USD 13 per hour depending mostly on the day and time of the week you decide to teach and on your experience teaching with us.
You could teach up to 48 hours per week. The minimum commitment is 16 hours per month.
Flexible schedule. You would define a certain weekly availability and will receive an assignment of 2-hours shifts. Then, you would be able to exchange shifts with other teachers.
