Accedo Technologies is looking for an IT Leader:

You will supervise the configuration, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of our company’s PCs on site. Following up on requests sent by company users in relation to problems that arise at workstations. Making sure production equipment meets international PCI standards. Among others.

Duties:

-Supervise Technical Support team.

-Manage the extended warranty control.

-Guarantee the proper functioning of the equipment.

-Guarantee the documentation of the equipment.

-Ensure the proper functioning of the applications.

-Manage inventory and making a history of active movements.

-Support the management of the Senior Helpdesk.

-Support the management of the Network administrator.

-Fully comply with the applicable regulatory requirements, policies and procedures established by the company and any of its clients.

-Execute other tasks indicated by the direct supervisor
